Delivery takes 2-5 business days after the order is shipped from us.

Yes, you can, a tracking link is sent out when possible.

Can I pick up the delivery from you?
No sorry, we only send the goods by package at this time, we are looking at the possibility of being able to offer this in the future.

Who delivers to me?
We use DHL and their transport network to transport our parcels.
Where this is not possible, we use local carriers.

Can I return an order or item?
No, we do not have a return policy on orders or item.

My item was damaged upon delivery, what should I do?
Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check the goods. Inform the driver/pick up point of any damage, and the driver/pick up point should register the damage. Report transport damage to us as soon as possible and no later than 3 days from receipt, with the delivery note and preferably a picture.

04: Frame & Hive Cleaner PRO
Can Frame & Hive Cleaner PRO harm bees, flowers etc.?
Quantities of /or concentrated Frame & Hive Cleaner PRO can cause damage to bees, flowers and bushes.
Frame & Hive Cleaner PRO has a strong chemistry, correct dilution of the product reduces the risk of damage, but be sure to rinse away all chemical residues after use.
Follow the instructions and familiarize yourself with the safety data sheet before use.

How many frames can I wash with a 5L?
It varies depending on how dirty the frames are.
But our experience is that they wash around 2/300 frames before you should change the mixture.
