1. Scope of Application These general terms apply to all sales from Beekeepers Chemicals AS ("Seller") to professional customers ("Buyer"). This includes all customers in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, and the rest of the EU/EEA. By trading with us, you accept these terms. Any changes to these terms require our written consent.
2. Products, Delivery, and Eligible Buyers
2.1 Eligible Buyers: We sell exclusively to professional beekeepers and beekeeping supply retailers. Private individuals are not eligible to purchase from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity.
2.2 Delivery Method: All products are shipped directly to the Buyer via a suitable transport company. Products cannot be collected directly from our warehouse.
2.3 Delivery: We deliver to your nearest pickup point. For larger orders, we may deliver directly to your business address. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is on its way.
3. Prices and Payment 3.1 Prices: All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT (moms). VAT will be added at checkout for customers in Norway. For EU/EEA business customers with a valid VAT number, a "reverse charge" mechanism applies, and VAT will not be added to your invoice.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is made at checkout through the payment solutions available for your country.
4. Product Information and Liability
4.1 Product Information: We provide detailed product information, including safety data sheets, on our website. This information is only binding if it is expressly included in your purchase agreement.
4.2 Warranty Conditions: We offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Normal use means you have followed our instructions and read and understood the safety data sheet.
4.3 Safety Data Sheets: The safety data sheet is sent with the order confirmation and is always available on our website: www.beekeepchem.com.
5. Export and Import 5.1 Export: We are responsible for all exports to customers in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Germany. We handle all necessary export procedures and documentation.
5.2 Import by the Buyer: If you choose to move products outside the original delivery country, you are responsible for complying with all relevant import laws and regulations in the new destination country.
6. Returns and Handling of Damages
6.1 Inspection upon Receipt: You are required to immediately inspect the goods for any defects or damage upon delivery.
6.2 Reporting of Damages: If you discover damage, defects, or missing items, you must contact the carrier immediately. You must also take pictures of the damage and contact us at support@beekeepchem.com within three days of receipt, including your order number and a description of the issue.
6.3 Returns: We do not accept returns unless a product has a confirmed defect. All returns must be approved in advance and must include the original packaging.
7. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights related to our products, designs, and communications belong to Beekeepers Chemicals AS and are protected by law. Any use without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Changes to Orders Any changes to a confirmed order must be approved in writing by us. You will be responsible for any costs or delays resulting from such changes.
9. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the delivery time may be extended.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law This agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration in Oslo, Norway.
